Who Pays For Shipping?
We will pay for shipping on anything over $100. If you need something repaired you will be required to pay for shipping both ways. If your board requires a warranty part we will do our best to ship you a replacement part on us to get you back up and rolling.
What Warranty is available
Eflex offer 6 months warranty on most of our skateboards from date of purchase subject to our terms and conditions
How do I claim warranty
If you are experiencing issues with your electric board, please contact us at support@eflexboards.com.au and we'll happily give you the support you need
Is it legal to ride in my area?
Electric mobility devices are a new technology and as such new rules and regulations are being introduced regularly
